The warm and cosy restaurant, typical and historical from which it takes its original name (Stalon), offers traditional but revisited and innovative cuisine, with a focus on allergy sufferers, intolerance sufferers and vegan cuisine.

The restaurant is also planning a renovation and expansion next November, with increased capacity, an a la carte gourmet menu, a pizzeria and many new features.

The restaurant is closed for the 2026 summer season. We will reopen for the 2026/2027 winter season.
